Privacy Policy for Indigital Group QuickBooks Integration App

This Privacy Policy explains how Indigital Group ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our QuickBooks API application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect your QuickBooks account to our App, we may collect and process the following information:

• QuickBooks account identifiers
• Company information

• Invoice data

• Payment-related information
• Transaction records
• Other accounting data that you explicitly authorize through the QuickBooks API

We only access the data that is necessary for the functionality you choose to use.

5. OAuth Tokens

Our App uses OAuth 2.0 authentication provided by Intuit. Access tokens and refresh tokens are used only for authorized communication with the QuickBooks API and are never shared with unauthorized parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to:

• Provide the requested services
• Maintain application functionality
• Comply with legal, tax, or regulatory requirements
• Resolve disputes or enforce agreements

When data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

7. User Control

You may revoke our App's access to your QuickBooks account at any time through your Intuit account settings.

Upon revocation, our App will no longer be able to access your QuickBooks data unless authorization is granted again.

8. Third-Party Services

This App integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of QuickBooks is also governed by Intuit's own privacy policies and terms of service.

9. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for business use and is not directed toward individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Data Transfers

Depending on your location and hosting environment, your information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your country. We take reasonable measures to ensure appropriate protection of transferred data.
